Car Valet

Took the car to be cleaned properly for the third time in my life. I have to say it's a new guilty pleasure. I could ask the kids but they are just not up to scratch.

The Mount Pleasant place in Haverhill did a superb job in 30 minutes or so.

I say pleasure but it isn't quite true; I stand there feeling excruciatingly embarrassed at the dreadful state of the car (largely thanks to having a muddy dog in the back a lot of the time) and also feel dreadfully guilty watching how hard the washers are working - when I feel it's something I should have done myself.

All spick and span now though and it cost me £20!
