Up early this morning for 6 miles and finally did it in under 60 minutes woohoo. 58 mins!
The top pic is my post run breakfast, scrambled eggs and oatcakes and a bowl of quark, fruit and nuts.
Then we had a takeaway for tea and I had sushi, chicken gyoza, miso soup and edamame beans. Was lush but I was still hungry and ended up nicking a few of mikes chips and a bite of his cheese burger mmm!
