We started early this morning, playing semifinals at nine on a Sunday morning does not feel right, but we won that tie easily. On to the finals at one, it was a draw 4-4, but we lost on points scored, so there went the gold. Still very good for the oldest team in the league.

Outside the hall it was a beautiful day and we decided to go to Bláfjöll, the main ski area to see how it looked up there. When we saw that the lifts were not going due to the hard wind I remembered why I changed from skiing to badminton; I don't like being ruled by the weather!
