The beauty of Sheffield

Marathon training back on this afternoon. A wonderful wee route along the Five Weirs Walk from the City Centre out to Meadowhall. Really celebrates the merging of Sheffield's two conflicting elements - the industrial and the great outdoors. The Don is a river lined by Sheffield's engineering past and future, and although you wouldn't and couldn't row or canoe along it, it's got a charm and beauty that is hard not to find endearing.
