Time to get some fresh air.

After being indoors with the flu all day yesterday I decided I should venture out. Who knows, might do me some good. Took Lucy for a walk down the nature reserve. There are always a lot of geese and a swan on the lake but this afternoon they were out on the bank being fed by a family. Lucy sat watching them as I took a few photos.

Now back indoors with my strepsils and beechams.
