Glasgow University

One of the most iconic sights in Glasgow is Glasgow University's main building, which sits high on a hill looking over the Kelvingrove Art Gallery. I often walk by it and look up in awe. It really is a gorgeous piece of architecture that has an eerie presence about it in darkness.

I wonder if Glasgow University's recently appointed rector, Edward Snowden, will ever visit the building? It may prove a difficult task as he is one of the most wanted men in America.

This picture also makes me realise that I need a new camera!
