Cardiff
It was a good day. Tom and I went to Cardiff to see Pete and we all went to see Hull City thrash Cardiff 0-4. It was an excellent match and we had great seats in the away end with a large contingent of Tiger supporters.
Prior to the match we were met in at the station by Pete and went straight for coffee at Nero. By the time we left it was time for lunch, I had booked a table at Zizzi’s where we had a nice lunch prior to travelling out to Ninian Park where Cardiff’s new stadium, Cardiff City Stadium is located.
The train journey to Cheltenham became more animated when a group of hard core supporters joined at Newport. Their team having beaten the home team 0-1. It was football songs all the way back.
