Thank you Neil

Chicken stock has just finished simmering for four hours, all golden yellow from the corn-fed chicky. Zucchini's are picked, as is the basil and garlic from the garden and will soon throw it all together in a Neil Perry zucchini and parmesan soup.

Lunch for this week taken care of.
