Completed Invites

At last after three weeks of playing with different colours of brown/black ink pads; trying Cosmic Shimmer spray mists to get that subtle finish & experimenting with Sheena Douglass' stamps i finally decided on a design.

Brief was lime green & gold colour scheme, that was all. Tried to keep to this but inspiration was out of town for a few days, a couple of "not good" & "why not try this" episodes later was back on track.

Finally i used direct to paper technique with a lightening black Brilliance ink pad followed by using the Swirls stamps from Sheenas latest fabulous range. Used electronic dye cutting machine to do all the letters etc & then the fun began. Had a couple of problems with adhesives but sorted very quickly.

Decided to make a matching gift bag to complete the gift. Hoping my niece will like her 21st pressie & keep one as a keepsake, i can dream..... :-)
