Glasgow Science Centre
Tonight I was at the Glasgow Science Centre along with 700 Brownies to attend their 'Big Birthday Bash'.
2014 is their centenary and events are taking place all over the world to celebrate it. East Renfrewshire Brownies decided to book the Science Centre for a wild night of mayhem and fun. It was certainly noisy!
I am always filled with admiration for all the volunteers who give so freely of their time so that young girls can enjoy the experience of being in the Brownies and the Guides.
This blip was taken from the middle of the footbridge that sits between the BBC offices and the Science Centre on the south side and the Crowne Plaza hotel on the north side of the River Clyde. As well as the Science Centre you can also see the Waverley, which is the world's last ocean going paddle steamer.
I think it looks better large.
