365: Asplenium Nigrum and Cogwheel

I discovered a new area of the Water of Leith Walkway in Edinburgh that I had not walked along before. What is fascinating is all the old industrial relics embedded into the walls, such as this old cogwheel. I never appreciated how much this little river, running right through the middle of the city, influenced Edinburgh's industrial past.
