Lifeboat in the reeds

This lifeboat from the liner Oceanos, which sank off the Transkei coast 22 years ago, is being swallowed up by the vegetation. Not so long ago it was high and dry on the rocks. The lifeboat was washed down the coast for a distance of about 500 kms to a rock pool close to where we stay.
