Layers

Bad go this morning. Can't seem to leave home without tearing off a layer from my lips with tweezers. Bleeding a bit. I've cut into the skin around my mouth now, which makes the dry flaky skin sensation that triggers it even worse. Was late for work this morning as a direct result.

Long day to be publically serving if you start badly. Hope the hot bath helps leave it behind.

Lotta work to do tonight. Am going to try to think about my self-discipline, its really horrendously bad right now. Probably fatigue at some level but I also wonder if that's too easy an excuse. Need to ponder. For tonight I'm gonna try not to get too distracted and then reward myself tomorrow.
Coffee and me, we go way back and way forward.
