Cake

...surprisingly nice, it has cola in it.

I buy a bottle of coke at christmas, just in case, then no one drinks it. The only child that might, currently has braces so fizzbang is verboten. Soooooo I made it into a cake.

Recipe here, ....my only tip would be to line the tin, it is a VERY liquid batter and my springform tin would not appear to be quite as leak proof as one might wish.
