Cheesy lunchtime meal.

I love cooking for and with my 17yrs old son. I think its really important for him to learn how to make something from scratch and homemade. C is the youngest of my 3 children, the only boy and the last one at home.

So 2 years ago I gave up a little of my control and possessiveness around my kitchen and encouraged his curiousness around cooking.

He's done really well I might say. He can make a mean omelet, cook a full course breakfast and just made his girlfriend a pretty yummy looking chocolate cake with her favorite, walnuts sprinkled on top.

Now if I could just get him to clean up his mess after he's done, then I will be truly happy sharing our kitchen.
