Here are some other things I baked earlier

We bake an enormous amount of biscuits called sablés - a rich buttery biscuit. We create chocolate, raisin, sesame and plain versions. Each purchaser is very choosy about how well cooked they and the size of course.

We also make mini pizza tartlets, financier and brioche with nuts, dried fruits and apple
