SMALL TORTOISESHELL

A lovely walk again this morning in sunshine. If this keeps up we will soon be able to venture onto the fields again. We then did the grocery shopping. We ate our lunch and spent another lazy afternoon reading in the warm sunshine in the conservatory.
The butterfly settled on the house wall next to the conservatory, obviously enjoying the warmth from the sun. I suppose the sun has brought it out of hibernation - I hope it will be O.K.
