Ready to go

This was early morning near Sparsholt - softer light than yesterday, but signs everywhere that spring won't be reined in much longer. The ivy here was looking lustrous and travellers' joy in the hedges is set to leaf any day (you can see a bit, behind and to the right of the trunk and if you go large you can also spot a few fat pigeons sitting on the top branches). Plus look at that soil - rich, dark and just waiting for something to grow!

Apart from my morning exercise, I'm having a Saturday to myself - the first one in ages. Rather relaxing really! Enjoy yours xx
