Time for a seed or two!

These Fischer's Lovebirds (Agapornis fischeri) are so worth watching as they fly, feed and cosy up on the branches of the trees in their enclosure. They are said to be the noisy members of the parrot family but not a sound did they utter while I was watching them.
The name Lovebird comes from the very strong bond between mating pairs. These brightly coloured birds will breed for life.
