Switching to the Dark Side

My first Blip entry. I have tonnes of friends who are on it but i'm going to keep mine secret for now ;) In keeping with my username, I have decided to go with one Instagram filter per week until I get bored, this week's will be 'Amaro'.

I have no expectation whatsoever that the photos posted on here will be good but I do want to get into the habit.

I actually kind of like this as a first photo because the composition (is this the right word?) gives an interesting perspective on something pretty ordinary i.e. the view from my bed. As clearly I don't have a lot of hardware to work with, I hope to really improve my composition with Blip.

I hit the focus line from the light switch to opposite corner to make some kind of hidden cross, I like to think this will make the image subconsciously nicer but it probably doesn't.
