For that incredibly long 8 seconds.

This is big stuff.
The parade alone draws over 250,000 people.
It helps that schools are closed Thursday and Friday of Rodeo week.
And, let me tell ya,

The young people are everywhere:
Filling the grand stands,
Munching funnel cakes,
Strolling the midway.
Cheering and consoling the riders, and
Laughing at the clown’s ‘lame” jokes,
