Fried Cauliflower

It tastes so much better then it looks. This is one of my favourtie things to eat. I adapted this recipe from when I lived in Moldova a number of years ago. We ate fried cauliflower all the time, except it was done in a proper deep fryer. Now, I just could not imagine frying anything at home.
