Team American Tree Sparrow flies into first place!

Breaking news: Murrey of Team ATS neatly outdid the competition to win Gold in the Downhill Swooping Contest! It was quite an upset, as everyone expected Seraphina of Team Cardinal to take top honors. But what good Olympic games don't have upsets and Cinderella stories? Little Murrey, one of the smallest birds in these Games, rose to glory. Ya gotta love it.

Seraphina took the defeat in stride swoop and was seen later cheering on Team Goldfinch s they practiced their closing ceremony routines. In fact, Team Goldfinch drew quite a crowd as they wowed the other athletes with their elaborate aerial dances. It's nice to see all this camaraderie at Olympic Stadium!

However, not everything was rosy today... A little birdie a big, blue super sleuth rushed to tell me that none other than Sylvia of Team Squirrel had been spotted near the Stadium vending area. Yep, she was first spotted looking all sweet and innocent, like peanut butter wouldn't melt in her mouth... And then, before you could say "Almond Butter" she had launched an attack of the very same vending machine that Dudley-kiev was seen tampering with! I tell you, people, it sent a ripple of shock through the Stadium! Dudley Downy nearly fell from his perch, while Rudy of Team House Finch nearly fell off the podium.

So, this wraps up another thrill-filled day at Andover Olympic Stadium. This reporter is going to head on over to the AOG Newsroom to see what else is going on in the world.
