Skate contest

I know this picture is terrible quality, not to mention there's rain on the lens, but my camera does not deal with low light very well! This is inside Malmesbury Abbey. It's a half term event where they take all the pews out and create an indoor skate park. if culminates tonight in a competition. I think it's a really fantastic thing for the abbey to be doing for the local kids.

I have spent the day playing with Nancy after saying goodbye to Granny this morning. We went to the park and played with the dog, but mostly we have been playing Rapunzel, which involves Nancy dressing up as Rapunzel and me being all the other characters in the story.

My new glasses did arrive at the opticians today and I love them! But I think they will take a bit of getting used to.
