Child makes bread shocker

So now I have been ousted as the bread baker of the family by Emily, the youngest. It's down to Paul Hollywood's recipe says I (but secretly I know it's her superior kneading technique) and my fatherly guidance. Tastes and smells great too, even using Waitrose Essential flour...get me, using a value brand :-) mind you, it IS from Waitrose, dahling.
