Mischievous Cat

Thunder is always being Naughty.

Mum found this Poem she thought you might like;-

Little kittens, be quiet — be quiet, I say!
You see I am not in the humour for play.
I’ve watch’d a long time ev’ry crack in the house,
Without being able to catch you a mouse.
Now, Muff, I desire you will let my foot go;
And, Prinny, how can you keep jumping, miss, so?

Little Tiny, get up, and stand on your feet,
And be, if you can, a little discreet!
Am I to be worried and harassed by you,
Till I really don’t know what to think or to do?

But hush! hush! this minute! now don’t mew and cry
My anger is cooling, and soon will pass by.
So kiss me, and come and sit down on the mat,
And make your dear mother a nice happy cat!”
