1922?

I figured out what this was earlier, and I think it is 1922, though am probably wrong.

EDIT: now that I look at it, it's fairly easy.

Anyway, went photographing today for the living room project, and wasn't overly enamored by any of what I got. It's hard to do architecture/cityscapes in a place that ISN'T A REAL CITY. I'd much rather do crumbling bridges or something decrepit looking, but whatev. I'll keep looking.
