How Much???

Okay, so it's Friday.
We were at the funeral of one of our neighbours today. He was 89 and had lived a pretty full life. We have lots of fond memories of him.
This photo of our dogs with a ball is a reference to the news today that Wayne Rooney is to be paid £300,000 a week for playing football!!!
I enjoy watching football, but it seems to me there is something far wrong when someone is earning this kind of money in a country where the demand for food parcels is increasing.
I don't blame Wayne Rooney, although I am anything but a fan of his.
