El Capitan and the Merced River

Our last day in Yosemite, and Ansel Adams Birthday. Started the day with a visit to the Ansel Adams Gallery, which could have seen me buying an original signed print of Clearing Winter storm - at only $70,000! I settled for a print of the same at $22 - slightly better value!

Moved onto this awesome view of El Capitan, which had to end up in B&W as a tribute to the man himself!

From there to bridalvail falls, then a final view of the Merced river before moving out of Yosemite and onto Groveland gold town.

Tomorrow on to San Francicso
