The view from the "office"

At my small start up account today. First time walking the halls and trying to meet everyone. But it's incredibly difficult when they don't allow you access and I need to be escorted everywhere by my boss.

Still, made some progress - handing out $5 gift cards for whoever filled in an information sheet at the show we had there last week.

Also got stuck into quoting an order and then also doing a return/replacement as an item was damaged on arrival.

For lunch I met with another supplier rep - from a chemistry company. Nice guy.

After work I set about a challenge my friend in Philly had set at his gym there. A 15km "triathlon" consisting of 5km row/bike/run in under an hour. I was slightly off his row time. Smashes his bike time but got killed by the run (he did the 5km faster than I've done before even when I'm just doing a 5km run!). So came out about 3min behind his time. Motivation to do better!
