Key light

My mum's been given the key to our local ancient 13th century church while the appropriate responsible types are away. To make sure no-one steals it, and so on.

This is the key to the door. It's an enormous iron thing which looks like it belongs in Skyrim or some other fantasy setting! I thought that it'd be a really interesting object to photograph as it's heavily textured and bloody huge compared to normal keys.

I spent probably an hour and a half trying to shoot this thing before reaching the point where I wanted to join the guy from yesterday's image. I just could not get an image which was any good, and in the end settled for just showing it to you. Look, here's a key! It's pretty big.
