Strawberry & cream Meringue

Well today didn't go quite as planned! I didn't catch up on Journals and I left my rather mediocre blip 'til last minute.

I did however spend time with a friend in need and also got out for some much needed exercise, then before I knew it my day was gone and it was tea time and I was presented with this rather yummy pudding! :D
