Take A Moment To Yourself
Sometimes you just need to take a moment to yourself. Stop, breathe deeply. Shut out the sound, the light, the distractions. Focus on yourself. On your breathing. On the ground beneath your feet. Settle yourself, find your centre. Feel your own body - be aware your muscles, feel your heart pumping. Visualise the next moment. Understand what it's going to feel like. Know what it will be.
Breathe.
