Quicksand and helping hands

Back to work and a real slog it was too, I felt absolutely rubbish most of the day everything from fatigue to the sweats and headaches. A lot of the time I was just observing myself in that out of body way that you get when you don't feel well. I must have looked rough because one of the pharmacists came up and offered me drugs.

The Girl Racer was absolutely lovely tonight and did me the most fantastic supper and stayed all evening, it was lovely not to be on my own. Hence the Ugly Tree selfie.

All I need now is bed and two days of sunshine ...
