In the clouds

Grrr... Heading out to an appointment today and was practically pulling up to the clients premises when I got a call advising that he wouldn't be able to make the appointment after all.

I came back via the Lake Road and thought I'd try going up Gummers How, but I ended up with my head in the clouds and a slightly iffy view back over the lake.

I went back down the way I came and was left to rue a wasted morning.

Fortunately the afternoon went better and I ended up at home a bottle of red wine heavier*.

*I had bought the wine from a client, I would NEVER advocate drinking & driving!
