Many rivers to cross

After a night of heavy rain and strong winds, I decided to walk the dogs down at Glenforsa. It's a great bay fronting the Sound of Mull and looks across to the Mainland and the Morvern Hills. There are always oystercatchers, curlews, turnstones, greylag geese, rock pipits, red breasted mergansers, and quite often shelduck, great northern divers, eiders and if you are lucky white tailed eagles.

I got to the mouth of the river and was amazed at the height and speed of the water. I had to put the dogs on the lead as being spaniels were desperate to go in. It was far too wild to let them go.

Operation Bathroom making good progress - tiles now grouted - shaver light and mirror on the wall.
