Apostle Islands Ice Caves

The Apostle Islands Ice Caves are back open after a long 5 year break. They never disappoint! 10,000 people visited on the day we were there; 11,000 the day before, another 6,000 the day after. It's a busy place. I don't think our little part of the world has ever seen so many visitors in such a consolidated time frame before. Welcome World! We are happy to share one the many reasons why we endure 6+ month long winters, subzero temperatures, and a butt load of snow year in and year out.
