Thursday: A Good Day

Despite appearances of meeting rooms, today was a really good day.

I spent most of it in this meeting room, together with a visiting colleague.  We have spent the day discussing with Croatian colleagues how best we can work together to support the global 'Preventing Sexual Violence Initiative' which is aimed at combatting the use of sexual violence in conflict.  Both NGOs and the government here have a lot they can share on that, in terms of how to deal with the issues, moving forward, legislation etc.  We had some really excellent discussions.  

We have a lot of ideas to take forward now!
