In the last 6 months of last year I lost around 1.5 stones as I was determined to not enter my 40s with any baby weight. I achieved that but still looking to lose a little bit more. You would think that would be dead easy given I run six times a week but the trouble with running is it tricks you into thinking you can eat what you like and makes you hungry all the time, dangerous combination. I haven't dieted, just tracked what I eat which means less snacking and I eat a lot more fish and roasted veggies. I still enjoy my treats. However, it has meant I have eaten a lit less red meat and all this week I have been craving a big homemade burger from my favourite restaurant, pictured her. So, that's Saturday night's dinner sorted if I can wait that long!
