allouettes sans têtes

Arrived into Nyons market around half nine after leaving the dog off at dad's. Bought fish and loads of fruit and veg. Steph and I had a coffee in Miss Maple (where the resident cat attacked poor Steph!) and then I headed to the supermarket for a few other things.

The weather was gorgeous today. Really warm and sunny (even for here at this time of year, it was pretty unusual). I came home and sat on the terrace to eat my lunch.

Made allouettes sans têtes for tea. Gorgeous! I was very proud of them! They're Pierre's favourite dinner and I think I lived up to the standard he was expecting. Ha!
