Shiny stuff

My daughter loves anything shiny,and this caught my eye today. It's a light in a flowerbed at the entrance to a small housing estate that's been built on the site of her first school.
At least I think it's a light. I can just make out something that looks suspiciously like a fag-end inside it, so it might well be a tall,thin,shiny litter-bin.
Anyway,nice flowers. And nice giant Lego brick.
