Our beach

Today we had a lovely morning visiting my cousin and her 6 week old baby. Samuel, my eldest son enjoyed cuddles with the baby and I took a couple of beautiful photos of him holding her. He looked quite comfortable holding a baby again as it's not that long ago he was holding Oliver and Isabella, and she looked quite happy in his arms, even giving him a little smile and giggle.

Afterwards we decided to take a trip to the beach, it was sunny but chilly. Our local beach sadly took a bit of a battering in the recent spell of bad weather and many of the beach huts have been destroyed, so there is a huge clean up operation in progress. This meant that part of the beach was closed off to the public.

However, I took this photo before my camera told me that the battery was exhausted....yes really it said "battery exhausted". So I've brought camera home for a rest (charging batteries).
