Still beautiful

I have been drawing dying flowers this week. I think we throw out flowers too soon as they do take on a faded beauty as they gently shrivel and collapse- this snowdrop reminds me of the dying swan in Swan Lake with wings up ready to collapse.
On a brighter note we have blue sky!
