S is for... St. Stephens School

Two Young Students St Stephens School...
I went to pick up Jacob (8) And Koen (10) this afternoon from School, it was a roasting hot 36 degrees, we didn't hang around long for this shot, the boys just wanted to get back to Nan's for ice cream and cold drinks.
Jacob has just started paying Chess after school on Wednesdays as well as Piano on Tuesdays he's very musical minded and extremely competitive, Koen is more sporty loves to kick the soccer ball and is up early with his Dad to take the puppy for her walk, he loves to play mine craft with his mates on his iPad, and is more technical minded than his Younger Brother, he also goes to Kumon once a week which is paying off for him in his maths. Both have just finished swimming lessons they started when they were just 12 weeks old, they both reached the last level the next Stage was life saving which neither wanted to do at the moment.
both are good students and doing well in school our daughter Sara & Cobey their mum & dad are very proud of them both, and so are we, we love them to bits..

Perth’s dry spell is now 80 days, one of the longest since records began and there is no end in sight to the dry spell which is about to become the second longest since records began. Today is expected to reach 37C in Perth.
Since 1.8mm leaked into the Mount Lawley gauge on December 1, Perth has recorded a miserable 0.2mm of rain.
The third-longest stretch with 0.2mm or less since rainfall records began in 1876.
With no rain forecast for the next week, by Sunday it is set to become the second longest period.
The last time Perth experienced a dry spell of this length was the record-breaking 122 days in the summer of 2009-10. (I remember this well)
That drought was only broken by the hailstorm of March 22, which inflicted millions of dollars in damage to homes, business and vehicles. (I remember this storm well too!)
I had to record this heat wave, as people in other parts of the world are experiencing extreme cold, rain, ice and snow, we are experiencing the exact opposite ...
