For heaven's sake, how difficult is it to slap a slab of beef over the coals or in a pan and get a perfect result!!
Just shown this 'steak mate' app to a 30 something friend who thinks it is the BEST idea and plans to use it this weekend!!
Key in the cut,thickness, expected outcome and heat source and HEY PRESTO.

I wonder if there's an 'app-lause' app to cheer on as they watch, wait and count down to the bleu, rare, medium or well done result :)
