Flushing it all away

United Utilities are now starting the work to demolish the Dam and reshape the valley originally planned for this time last year. The permission was finally granted for the work at the end of last year.

A lone over wintering Whooper Swan is watching the water level dropping so I guess it will be moving on shortly.
