I'm practicing shooting with off-camera flash - so it's not possible to do it stealthily - instead, I have to ask permission. Not a totally bad thing.

The people that are most accessible on the street are usually having a smoke and have to hang around outside until they finish their ciggie.

Everyone else is scurrying by -- faces covered by scarves and umbrellas and the like.
