Legalised Torture

Tonight's big event was attending Vicky's crew class for the first time in years. 3 x 10 minutes with 5 minute rests in between. 1:58.0, 1:58.5 and then cramp in the right arm meant the last split will be forever forgotten - but finished it!!

Phil Collins' Greatest Hits accompanied the work tonight. Didn't quite work for me...
