Back blip

This space down on the front of Copacabana has always surprised us. It's basically two areas like this one here, set up permanently win two large tv screens showing (I think) the Globo national tv channel. People plonk themselves down and watch a bit of telly! I suppose it makes sure that no one misses an episode of one of the many, very popular Brazilian soap operas.

PS my stomach bug seems to have cleared up, but I'm still being careful with what I eat.
