Here's Maya

Maya had a good time playing in the leaves as I took a break from stairwalking to chat with her owner. She was standing at the top of the hill, and I liked the way the light was shining around her.

I also saw the granddaddy buck again today. I would have missed him if another walker hadn't pointed him out. He was taking a rest from his pursuit of the neighborhood does, and he blended perfectly with the fallen leaves under the trees.
